• Information you give us to provide a service: for example, identification shown at a notarization, or tax documents and personal details you send through our secure upload link to prepare your return.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our web host may automatically log information such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use your information

• To respond to you and schedule appointments
• To provide the services you request, such as preparing and filing your tax return or business documents

How we protect client tax and personal information

Client tax and personal information is protected under our written information security plan. That plan includes safeguards such as encrypted secure upload for documents, password-protected and encrypted devices and accounts with multi-factor authentication, limited access to client files, and secure disposal of records we no longer need.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, tax documents or images of your ID through our website contact form, regular email or text message. We'll send you a secure upload link instead.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not use or disclose your tax return information except as permitted by law and, where required, with your written consent.

When we share information

We share information only when needed to provide your service or when required by law, for example:

• Filing your return with the IRS and the New Jersey Division of Taxation at your direction
• Filing business documents with the State of New Jersey or the IRS at your direction
• Trusted service providers that help us operate, such as our professional tax software, secure upload portal, email provider, web host and the form service that delivers contact-form messages to us. These providers may only use your information to provide their services to us.
• When required by law, subpoena or court order

How long we keep information

We keep records only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and professional recordkeeping requirements, and then dispose of them securely. Notary journal entries are kept as required by New Jersey law.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or correct your contact information, or ask what information we hold about you, by contacting us using the details below. Some records must be kept to comply with the law.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through this site.
